Prairie Red: An off dry full-bodied fun and fruity wine crafted with the SDSU Valiant grape. Pairs well with red meats, lamb and rich sauces. Serve room temperature
Up North: off dry Frontenac red grape wine to enjoy with a grilled steak, dark chocolate, and bold cheeses. Serve room temperature
Frontenac: Frontenac: our barrel aged Frontenac grape wine is dry, rich, full of spices and tannins. Great with a grilled steak. This wine has been barrel aged in Hybrid barrels which are both French and Minnesota oak. Serve at room temperature
Frontenac Gris: A semi sweet wine with hints of dried apricot, maple syrup & a little smokiness. ked meats and smoked nuts. Serve chilled
Sweet Red: Our most popular wine. This wine is Frontenac sweetened, but not overly sweet. Enjoy with a grilled steak, or dark chocolate. Serve chilled
Rayden's Red: This wine is Valient grape wine sweetened, but not overly sweet. Enjoy with a lamb, or dark chocolate. Serve chilled
Christmas Cheer: "A party in your mouth” This sweet wine is a blend of Frontenac, Foch, Valiant, Marquette and Petite Pearl grapes. Pairs with red meats, chocolate desserts and strong cheeses. Serve chilled or hot with spices & honey
Apple Raspberry: A sweet apple wine with a little raspberry. Enjoy with pork or as desert. Serve chilled
Rhuberry: A sweet blend of rhubarb & raspberries. Serve with ham, cheese, or buttery popcorn. Serve chilled
Hey Sugar: A very sweet Rhubarb and Strawberry blend. Serve with hot croissants or freshly baked bread with butter. Serve chilled
